"Sellers Market." Whazzit?

The large corner space in the building at the SE corner of Pine and Front is undergoing construction/remodeling. The windows are covered with with paper bearing a large SM! graphic on a background consisting of a pattern of names of all the usual organo-chic suspects: Frog Hollow, Niman Ranch, Diestel, Sharffen Berger, etc. etc.

The construction is being done in the name of an entity called "Sellers Markets, inc." with an office at 388 Market St. Googling brings up no clues on CH (but maybe I missed something) or on the WWW that jumped out (obviously, "seller's market" gets a lot of hits).

A Ferry Building Market Place west? Is the boutiquing of "natural food" being raised to a new plateau?
