What to Keep, What to Sell--Sauciere/Windsor/Evasee v. Sauce Pan

There are so many threads here about what to purchase, many of which are impacted by what the OP already has, costs, and other factors, I thought it might be interesting to ask the question this way. Assume you have 2 evasees with covers and 2 sauce pans with covers. The evasees are 2 and 3 quart while the sauce pans are 2.5 and 3.5 quart. For various reasons (mostly related to space and simplicity) which two would you part with and which two would you keep?

If it might impact the decision, the evasees are 2.5mm copper with tin and the sauce pans are 3mm hammered copper with tin.

I'm curious to see your thoughts!
