I need a bit of help with finding / choosing a 9-12 quart stainless stockpot with a steamer insert. It needs to be capable of gas, induction and electric and dishwasher safe.
Brands that look appealing are: Demeyere, Fissler, Mauviel, and Sitram but I'm open to others. I'd like the pot to be versatile enough to cook thin and thick liquids / sauces. Budget is $200-300; I'll look for the best price once I narrow down my choice.
This pot would be ideal, but there's no steamer insert for it (that I can find):
This pot looks good as well but I'm not sure which Fissler steamer would fit:
Fissler Original Pro Collection 10 Quart High Stew Pot
Perhaps the 10" steamer insert?
This final set would be great if it's 10 quarts but I cant' find the capacity listed anywhere:
I'm also looking for an 8-10 quart short / low stock pot (no greater than 5.5" tall) for stove to oven use but I'll ask about this in new thread to keep this one on topic.
