Seitan for home cooking?

Ravi | Aug 22, 200410:48 AM

Grocery stores have packaged seitan at high per-pound prices. Are there any better sources that sell it in larger sizes (like a bread loaf) and without the packaging overhead? Unflavored is fine. I'm in Redondo Beach and can go a reasonable distance to get it.
