Recent experiences here made me stop and think wow. I have been a big fan of their sausages and meats for years, and had a number of things I would order frequently, I enjoyed the rustic environment and the good honest flavours.
Over the course of the last few years, they have made a number of refinements that really take it many steps further. They have added their own versions of Spanish Chorizo and Andouille, as well as their own house cured and smoked bacon. They have also taken to vac-pacing some of the sausages for easy freezing. And of course, they have expanded the selections of hot dishes available.
The Andouille is probably the best local made one that I have had, with great seasoning and a good smoky base.
