3 years ago I made an amazing Pfeffernusse recipe. As far as I can tell (at least from my research today) they were non-traditional, in that they did not have anise in them. They were delicious however - gingerbready sort of with a nice crackle, but soft on the inside-
It was very simple to put together - no anise, no nuts, maybe orange? I can't remember... but for the life of me I cannot find this recipe. Can anyone help? I know this is kind of a broad question...
(I recognize that a more traditional recipe may be tastier, but my SO LOVED the ones I made back then and so I am trying to recreate them)-
