Good morning everyone,
Anyone have a scone recipe they'd like to share? It must be excellent because I'm baking them for my grandmother who needs some cheering up. Of course, we're going to spread on Devenshire cream and strawberry jam (bonne maman), which always adds a heavenly touch.
I've been using a recipe from Fine Cooking by Reagan Daley, which are usually delicious, but can be hit or miss. One kind Chowhounder sent me a recipe a while back, but try as I might, I can't find it; nor can I search on the site because my computer freezes up. And then the dog eats my homework.
