Can anyone give me a quick guide to kielbasa? The Polish deli near me in Jersey City has at least a dozen kinds, and I'm always at a loss as to which to ask for. In particular, are there any spicy types of kielbasa? Every sausage that I've bought there so far has been good but not terribly hot. I'm starting to wonder: maybe kielbasa simply isn't meant to burn your tongue. Can someone with more knowledge of Polish cuisine help me out?
