Well, now that the eating holidays are over, I am looking for places to go to that offer healthy options. I am open to most anything, vegetarian/vegan are good, though some of these places the dishes can be high calorie. Any type of cuisine/ethnicity is fine, it just needs to be healthy and low cal. I even want ideas for places that aren't usually considered "healthy", but have a good low cal selection. I also would like to know of coffee shops, deli's, diners, etc that will have a delicious home made low cal soup, and do a bowl of soup and half a "healthy" sandwich (ie turkey on whole wheat/multi grain).
So what are all of your go to places when eating out and trying to stick to a diet? I am located near Morristown, but I travel all around northern and central NJ.
