Can anybody recommend a source/butcher who makes a decent Turkey or Chicken Breakfast sausage somewhere in LA. ( not at a restaurant but to purchase for at home)
We have tried Sheltons frozen YUCK, and from the meat counter at Bristol Farms-ok but too appley, Whole Foods- too much cinnamon,Wild Oats-yuck mealy.
I am looking for a good peppery sagey old fashioned type sausage, prefer that to a sweet apple/maple type. But we will try any recs.
