I am looking for a good reliable source of Bok Choy or Baby Bok Choy. It would be wonderful if it was from a local farms stand. I am in the Morristown area. Unfortunately, the new Whole Foods does not carry it, and Kings (Morristown, or Mendham locations)rarely get it. Right now I have to drive all the way to my "local" Asian Food store in Hanover, and they usually have some, but it is always at the "peak of freshness", and must be used that day or the next or it goes bad. Any one have suggestions? Has anyone seen it at local farm markets, or farm stands?
Thanks!
