Seeking advice on dough buys...

Looking for leads on where to buy ready-to-use dough.

In particular, I'd like to have good stuff in the freezer ready for quick and easy pizza (high priority), bread (low) and empanadas (very high), etc.

I realize it's relatively easy to mix eggs/flour/water/yeast, but I have a tiny kitchen with crappy tile counters not condusive to carb prep. Have learned to cheat on Ravioli, using supermarket Asian eggroll wraps.

My old San Diego market proffered raw dough at the deli counter, if you asked for it... so I'd love to find some unique L.A. sources. Heck, maybe it's Albertsons. I've not learned.

Empenadas seem very similar to Euro/Aussie meat pies/turnovers - like a pastie. Should one look for a certain dough, rather than a nationalistic-focused market? I'm 310, but have no probs heading anywhere for supplies.
