I've read all the threads on Sedona (I think). Can't recall seeing much mentioned on Saltcreek or Avano Bistro. Menus at both places look interesting. We're planning on hitting up the Cowboy Club and Elote for two of three nights, just looking for something on a Sunday for dinner.

I realize Dahl and Diluca gets good reviews but it really just looks like mediocre "Italian" to me. I could be convinced otherwise.

Other interests are Heartline, Creekside if anyone has updated comments. Tripadvisor reviews (grain o'salt, I know) have quite a few "misses" for both of them.

Not interested in anything at the Che-Ah-Chi, L'Auberge or Rene level. Unless someone tells me Che-Ah-Chi is not to be missed. It's just not the price level we're looking for on this trip.

I guess it would be nice to have a view since CC and Elote lack but food is more important.
