i've always been terrified to cook spinach at home. i've tried to boil it (baby spinach) for a minute, and it came out wet and gross. i tried to steam it and it was too crunchy. how come when i order steamed spinach at my favorite health food place, it is soft and not a bit watery, just perfect? i feel like it shouldn't be that hard, yet i can never get it right! can anyone who cooks a good simple spinach please share some tips?
