seattle's best new restaurants--the chowhound list

charlotte bennett | Jan 11, 200204:22 PM     7

Hi everyone---longtime reader, first-time poster here.
I just saw the citysearch list of the best restaurants to open in 2001 and I disagree with the list---they've included 2 restaurants that I have had miserable experiences at on the list, and I just don't get it....so.
I'd love to compile the chowhound list of Seattle's best new restaurants. I nominate Eva. I love it. I have only eaten there twice, but I find the atmosphere quite wonderful and I love the short, smart wine list....I'd love to see what you other hounds will nominate!
