Hi all! I'm heading to Seattle on business at the end of this month -- Memorial Day weekend. Haven't been to Seattle since 2012! On that trip I had dinner at Hitchcock, Staple and Fancy, Spinasse and Book Bindery.

This trip I will again have 4 dinners to plan. I will be staying near the convention center and I won't have a car. I can take public transportion/Uber/taxi but I can't spend a lot. My food per diem is $62 a day. My hotel serves breakfast and I will go cheap for lunch.

I like all kinds of foods. What do you recommend?

Hitchcock
Spinasse
Staple & Fancy
