Seattle Savvy LA Chowhound - Expand My Horizons

steiny33 | Jun 8, 201612:38 AM     14

Wayward Los Angeles Chowhound and Food Central Talker here. I've been visiting Seattle for the past ten years since my mother moved there from Portland. I credit Seattle with changing my palate considerably over the years, so I get excited and nearly obsessive about choosing which restaurants to try for my next trip.

I'll be back in Sea-town in a week and I'm doing my usual scouring of old Chowhound posts, Seattle Weekly and PI reviews and best of lists, and of course all things Eater Seattle. I have an exhaustive list, but I still think there's room for more.

Standout meals from the past, I shall return:

Cafe Munir
Tilth
Pork Chop and Co.
Delancey
Boat Street Cafe (RIP)
Odd fellows Cafe

Exceptionally popular, never been:

Lark
The Whale Wins
The Walrus and the Carpenter
Sitka & Spruce
Salumi
Revel

On my radar:

The Wandering Goose
Nirmal's
Terra Plata
Meet The Moon
Mollusk
Le Pichet
Dino's Tomato Pie
Taylor Shellfish
Tarzan i Jane
Stock

Using the above for reference, anyone care to curate my trip? Tell me what I'm missing. I'll be in town Thursday for dinner through Monday lunch.
