I'm done with W. Seattle Jak's

I live in W. Seattle and make it up to Jak's quite often. I've had everything on their menu and know the place quite well. However, there's been a very disturbing turn to the place that I cannot understand: SALT. The last 1/2 dozen times, every dish has been exceedingly salty. I've had to return an order of the praws and an order of the skewers. My last meal there -- Fri evening was also extremely salty. Perhaps not salty enough to return it, but both my dining companion and I both commented -- again -- on the salt.

Why? Compensation for under-par cooks? Carlessness? Excess salt on hand? Chow-hounders, I dunno....
