I had this delicious Vietnamese uber-crepe for the first time last week at a hole in the wall in Renton. Man...what wonderful, greasy deliciousness! Though not as good, it reminded me of the fish tacos at La Floresta in Playa del Carmen, strangely enough.
Now that I have eaten the standard fare, I want to try the best in town. Can anyone recommend a place in Seattle that makes especially tasty bánh xèo?
