Four Seasons Kitchen Replaces Boston Kitchen in Rowland Heights--Building Rome In A Day?

Once a Kentucky Fried Chicken location, then converted to the Chinese persuasion by the opening of Boston Kitchen about four years ago, the restaurant at 1700 Batson Ave. (@Colima) is now Four Seasons Kitchen. I don't remember much about Boston Kitchen--I think it was Hong Kong cafe style. Four Seasons Kitchen seems to be straightforward Cantonese, and at this point in time seems to be doing quite well. The most notable aspect of all this is that the Four Seasons Kitchen placemats make reference to another location called Four Seasons Seafood, on Gale Ave. in Industry, in the same shopping center as Jazz Cat. It even shows pictures of what looks to be a plush, upscale facility. Now, I went through that shopping center last week and don't recall seeing a new seafood restaurant. Consequently, after lunch I sent a volunteer over in search of Four Seasons Seafood. The response is that while there is a liquor license in the window that became effective in February, Four Seasons Seafood has not yet opened, with construction still in progress. Offhand I can't think of an apparently new restaurant operation that has started up two separate locations at the same time. I'm curious what else they might have on the drawing board.
