I need to go to someone's house and cook a pre-seasoned pork loin - marinated in something with garlic and italian spices. Regular grocery store item. This is something that I do not like to do, but......just asking - is there anything I can do to improve it? I was thinking of some sort of low-salt sauce, because I imagine that it will be salted through. I think I'm screwed here, right? Should I just follow the directions?
