i know leaden is the nature, but still in search of a st. joseph's (mar 19) doughnut that doesn't deadweight my stomach.
any other seasonal specialties tips such as irish soda bread (mar 17) that's dense and heavy on carawy like homemade one i once tried, hamantashan (mar 24), Paczki (feb 28), etc.
plenty of other seasonal speciality days such as thai new year (~apr 13-15) or anything else please include (even a great cherry pie (feb 20) would be appreciated).
