It's a long story, but yesterday I browned some chili meat(about a pound and a half) and didn't season it. Tonight I want to use it for taco meat.
Is this a good plan?: Saute onion in olive oil. Add the cooked meat and season with salt, chili powder, and cumin. Should I add some liquid? I have ck broth and V-8 juice.
