Over the years, Seven Seas in Rockville has been notoriously hit-or-miss from dish-to-dish and from waiter-to-waiter. (I have always seemed to be served by someone who glumly insists "Non-chinese don't like that" w/r/t virtually everything I try to order.) Great highs on certain seafood and astonishingly mediocre lows. Walter Nichols of the Post has had some better luck of late, and offers several promising recommendations in his review in the Sunday Magazine. Can anyone else here chime in with other dishes to order -- and to avoid -- at Seven Seas?
