Many years ago on a roadtrip through northern California and southern Oregon, I emerged after a night in the Siskiyou National Forest at Gold Beach, OR. There was a restaurant along the Rogue River, just inland from the highway, very rustic, with shower facilities. After a shower and shave I ate at the restaurant. They served me a huge lumberjack platter of homemade cornedbeef hash, hash browns, 3 eggs, toast and coffee. It was absolutely delicious and the best breakfast I had on that drive.
Anyone know the name of this place and whether it still exists? I would love to go there again when driving up the coast from the Bay Area. Thanks for your help.
