I am a transplant from Chicago currently living on the westside and have yet to find a good pizza. I have found a few places with good CA style pizza that I do enjoy (Earth Wind and Flour, Wildflour). Abbotts is decent but I have had a few under cooked dough experiences there (bleah).
I am looking for a Chicago thin crust style or even NY style pizza. I have yet to find a place that makes a great crust or gets the sauce/cheese ratio just right.
