I used to buy a deli coldcut which was composite chicken and was round, quite moist and salty. This was from a butcher shop in Schenectady NY called Greulich's. But it was not made there, it was commercial. Anyway, does anyone know if anyone still makes such a deli meat, and where I can buy it? (I live near Asheville NC ) The ones I see now are all chicken breast and more like real breast meat....I yearn for the junky and fatty but tasty deli product of yesteryear!
