I think awhile ago Sir Gawain posted his recipe for a quick and easy way to make two ramekins' worth of souffle. The recipe involved two eggs, sugar, some milk, chocolate, fruit, and whatnot.
Of course, I bookmarked it, but my computer killed the link somehow. Thus I'm left without a written version of this souffle.
Do others have something similar they can share? Thank you!! I'm hoping to make a basic Grand Marnier souffle (sans chocolate), but just a little tiny one as a weeknight snack.
