In Search of: A Swiss Restaurant in LA.. Anyone?

Okay, CH'ers... the only remotely Swiss place that comes to mind is The Melting Pot or maybe the Alpine Village (which is more German than Swiss anyway).

The place doesn't have to be a fondue restaurant... as long as it's not a fon-DON'T restaurant. (Sorry for the CHEESY joke there.... now, actually 2 cheesy jokes... ha.)

My wife has a guest flying in from Boston who grew up in Switzerland. Sure, we'll probably take her to something she cannot get in Boston or Switzerland... like decent Mexican food... but, I thought it'd be a fun surprise to bring her a slice of her childhood.

For what it's worth, I think she grew up near the Swiss-German border just in case there's a ton of regional Swiss restaurants out here that I couldn't find (cough-doubt-it-cough).
