In search of Shiso inspiration

Last year's single shiso plant left its progeny behind. I have more than half a dozen healthy shiso plants in the herb garden this year (and this is after giving sprouts away to several friends.) Other than using it as a wrap for bits of grilled meat and as a substitute for lettuce in sandwiches, what can I do with this delicious herb? I don't see a lot of recipes that actually feature it.
