In search of French pastry: religieuse

When we're in Paris, my wife becomes entrancee by a particular French pastry, the religieuse. It's sorta like a round eclair, filled with a chocolate cream, iced with chocolate. There's one big piece then a much smaller one stacked on top. It's supposed to be reminiscent of anun or a bishop's mitre. Whatever, they're heavenly. I haven't started hunting yet, but does anyone know a patisserie in New York that makes 'em??? The obvious place to start is Payard...
