After looking at the pot pie thread i remembered as a kid loving tuna pot pies. I Googled them and found some ideas for seafood pot pies.
For the crust we will make a basic cold water lard pie crust. However for the filling we have choices. Here are my ideas.
Shrimp/scallop/lobster Newburgh
Savory shrimp scampi with a roux
Creole Style Gumbo or Jambalaya
New England Clam/Potato Chowder/Stew
Any other ideas or thoughts?
