Seafood Lunch Near Sea-Tac Airport?

Seattle Area Lunch

A friend has been stationed overseas and I'm picking him up on his layover in Seattle a couple of weeks from now. I asked if he had any food requests and he said "American food, preferably fresh seafood."

Does anyone have any suggestions? Fresh is more important than fancy. He has a 3.5 hour layover, I'm guessing he'll have no more than two hours between going through customs on the way in and security on the way out.

There is always some fresh seafood on the menu at Copperleaf, which is minutes away from SeaTac. It will be both fresh and kind of fancy. The food and service there are excellent.

The only other possibility that comes to mind would be the Salty's location at Redondo. It is not top tier, by any means, and it would be a tight squeeze with just two hours, but it has a nice water view, and the focus is Northwest seafood. Fresh, and casual.

Since it sounds like your time might be short, I'll just mention that there is an Anthony's at the airport. I've never eaten there myself, but it has some positive reviews at urbanspoon.
