There's been discussions on seafood and Long Island.
There's been discussions on festivals and Long Island.

The fact that one needs to search for local seafood in a restaurant on Long Island... is a Long Island thing that has yet to be answered.

Then this:

At the festival, but served at the restaurant.

New England style clam chowder poured at the table onto fresh crispy fries that have been sprinkled with feta...
... in Charleston

I know, disco fries on Long Island are served "gravy on the side".
That's to keep the fries crisp, so we excuse ourselves.
And that, I guess, is why I would say, "a cup of clam chowder and an order of crisp, well-done fries, with feta, please."

But.

Who has this kind of options on the menu on Long Island?
