Seafood Chow Mein near SF FiDi? (plus an East Bay rec for same)

Can anyone recommend a place to get good seafood chow mein near the financial district? Yuet Lee turned up in searches, which I suppose will do if nothing else is recommended, but it is a bit far from California & Montgomery. I don't want Hong Kong style (a dry fried cake of noodles with ingredients and sauce poured on top) but rather the style where everything is tossed together and the noodles are cooked long enough to give them a little char and crunch.

In the East Bay, Saigon Seafood Harbor makes an excellent version of this dish.
