Has anybody been to the Chinese Seafood buffet at Cima in the Pacific Palms resort in the City of Industry? This is what it advertised when first opened in 2001..not sure if price/menu is different now. from what i've heard it's similar to the buffet at the Universal Hilton with sharks fin soup, lobster, sashimi, crabs, etc.
Chinese Seafood Buffet: Served Friday from 5:30pm to 10:00pm. The all-you can-eat East Meets West seafood buffet is $31.88 for adults, and $12.88 for children. The menu, which changes every week, includes assorted salads and cold cuts, a variety of seafood appetizers, Chu Chow Style Shark Fin Soup, sautéed live crab with ginger and scallion, steamed silver cod with garlic and pickled vegetable, large lobster with spicy herb butter sauce, sautéed clam with black bean sauce, braised mushroom with baby bok choy, Peking duck, braised E-Men noodle, young chow fried rice, roast prime rib, baked potato with baby carrots, assorted French pastry, broiled red bean with lotus seed, assorted fresh cut fruit, and authentic assorted Asian style ice drinks.
