The wife and I have reservations for 5 days in Las Vegas right after Thanksgiving; I would like to know where is the best seafood: best for the money, best regardless of cost. My focus is raw oysters and clams, king crab and lobster (I love shellfish!); the rest I can get anywhere. Also, we will be looking for a good, tender steak or prime rib at least one night. We will splurge, but I don't think I will ever spend $100 per person on a meal. I have never, and never will consider paying $75 or $100 for a $15 or $20 bottle of wine at a restaurant, just to boost their profits. Do I sound like a tightwad? Then I guess I am! Thank you in advance for all your suggestions!
