Sea Fresh Seafood-Suzannes..Ojai for 2

Wound up taking 2 days of R & R in Ojai instead of palm Springs this week, expected the usual amazing meal at Suzannes Cuisine a personal past favorite, but to our simay we found the food just average on Monday, and the previously prepared "Seared Ahi" was not all that anymore...Our appitizers a "butter lettuce, salad, and baked "Poblano Chile w/Goat Cheese were also kinda average considering the price of the meal. Even my beverage (A Buzz Lightyear) Cranberry,Mirdori, and ???
was really not smooth or well made. Overall we may go back, but the next nite (Tuesday)we went to :

Sea Fresh Seafood (Sea food & Sushi)
533 E Ojai Ave

And this place ROCKS!

Super amazing sushi rolls, Sashimi, and great appitizers..we had Zuchinni, and a "Anacappa " Roll, that were the best I have ever had anywhere! Very reasonable, proces like $3.50 for the huge plate of Zuchinni, and $9.00 for a HUGE 8 slice Roll of Sushi!

I had Wasabi seared AHI again last nite, and it was sooo tender, and flarorful, I would eat it once a week if I lived in Ojai! My wife had the 3 fish sampler w/ Jalapeno Hush Puppies, it was soo much she could not finish hers, I left all my Garlic Mashed Potato's on my plate because my piece of Ahi took up about 1/2 of the plate it was served on. All in all a really great meal, soo good, we may go back to Suzannes unles we are trying to impress my very well to do inlaws from Georgia! And, Sea Fresh Seafood has a amazing wait staff, who bend over backwards to make sure you are taken care of, and if that were not enough the most amazing Peach Cobbler my wife from Georgia has ever had, witha really good shortbread crust...

Of course, I spent 3+ hours at the gym in Ojai this morning making sure the meal did not stick to my Ribs!!
Thank god for the Ojai Athletic Club! I always say.."Chow down today for tomorrow I'll burn it!" Now that I am back in LA it's back to Carbo-Lite, and more moderate meals 2 times a day!

Thanks Hounds!
