Would love some recs on local must try restaurants, nothing fancy although price doesn't matter. Great food, great wine/beer, and atmosphere, local favs for lunch and dineer. Love all types of food but sushi, farm to table, or sea to table are very high on the list. Just not touristy please!!

Also, where would be a good place to stay without a car? We don't want to be in a touristy section, but want to be in a great area with lots of restaurants, need to feed my inner foodie!

THank you in advance! Looking forward to seeing your city!
