SEA - El Chalan peruvian

Was roaming White Center looking for something decent to eat and stumbled accross El Chalan Peruvian American Cuisine.
Lucky find in the land of cheap and greasy! It's been open about a month and serves a small but highly flavorful Peruvian menu. It's about time! I have had wonderful Peruvian food in San Francisco but this is the only one I know of in Seattle.
I had the Lomo Saltado, a sort of stir fry with lean beef, tomatoes, onions, french fries (!) and served with rice. The spicy Aji sauce (cilantro, jalapeno lime puree I am guessing) served along side is awesome!
