SEA: Looking for new dim sum spot

Kiddo has been asking for a while, and most recently had some subpar dim sum in San Diego.

Our trajectory so far in Seattle area. Started with always going to Noble Court in Bellevue. Then moved onto Jade Garden in the ID. Most recently, and probably the last 20 times, Top Gun in Factoria.

What is the CH favorite at the moment? SEA is more convenient, but eastside is ok. No pref between carts and menu. Also to the extent it is important, we typically get pretty standard stuff, so it doesn't have to be exotic to fit the bill.
