Per Se is so misunderstood

JW | Oct 12, 2004 07:09 PM

Apparently, many people who are dining at Per Se are expecting something different from what they are getting. It is about completely giving in to the experience and enjoying (or at least appreciating) Keller's vision and execution of it. Yes, reservations require perseverance, portions are small, and the prices are high, but some people have made eating there seem like a chore rather than an experience of a lifetime. Relax, take it all in, and consider yourself lucky.
