Scottsdale--The Upton - Virtu - The House Brasserie

We are visiting in April and these three spots interest me. I was hoping to pick one for a Friday night dinner and the other for Sunday brunch. I would love to hear if anyone has done brunch and dinner at any of these and may have further input for comparing them.

In an effort to visit all three, we would be open to choosing one for brunch and then trying to hit the other two in one night just ordering a few things at the bar at each spot.
