Scott Crawford to Potentially Grow His Empire More

The News and Observer stated that, in addition to Crawford and Sons and the French bistro that is on the horizon, Crawford will be opening a steakhouse that does on premise dry-aging and looks to aim to be more like a big city (Chicago/NY) steakhouse concept to the Triangle area. I will be curious to see how this pans out or if it even comes to fruition as it is far out before it gets going.

For those that saw the article, what are you thinking about it at the moment? Do you think his mini empire will be as successful as Christensen?
