Scotch - Sip and Sup

We are having a few people (10) over in early October for a Scotch “Tasting”. I don’t know much about the wonderful Scotches I’ve tasted and thought this would be a fun way to compare a few. Although I would welcome Scotch (and complementary beverage) suggestions, I really need help with the food part. What should I serve with the “sips”? I thought I’d serve food with and after the main event – I’m envisioning this as a long evening. There will be one fish-eating vegetarian there.
