We are having a few people (10) over in early October for a Scotch Tasting. I dont know much about the wonderful Scotches Ive tasted and thought this would be a fun way to compare a few. Although I would welcome Scotch (and complementary beverage) suggestions, I really need help with the food part. What should I serve with the sips? I thought Id serve food with and after the main event Im envisioning this as a long evening. There will be one fish-eating vegetarian there.
