Okay, time for a random question that only chowhounds could answer.
I used to live in Minnesota, and every year at the Renaissance Fair in Shakopee I would have one of those artery-clogging but so delicious Scotch eggs. They were hard-boiled eggs coated in sausage and then breaded and fried.
I am jonesing for these things - it has been nearly 5 years without Scotch eggs - help!
I live in the People's Republic of Santa Monica but I will definitely travel for them - any ideas?
