Scibelli's Pizza Comments

Heard it mentioned a couple times and went over today. Got the regular slice, the grandma slice and garlic knots.

Regular slice: Good, not great. Sauce was amazing. Tangy, not too sweet. Crust was subpar. Thin, but cracked when it was folded. Although it was cooked well done, bottom was not charred. Cheese was average.

Grandma slice: This is an amazing pizza. I can't describe it much. I'm used to grandma's slices being diced tomatos and onions on top of bruschetta. This was completely different. A thin crust sicilian slice, topped with only sauce and cheese. I don't know what gave this pizza its distinctive flavor, but it was certainly there. Again, great sauce, this time, very interesting cheese. I'd recommend trying this slice.

Garlic knots: Not much to review, but they were actually really good, right balance of spices, better than your average pizza place.
