DH and I will be in Vegas Dec. 28th through 31st. We are staying at Aria this time instead of our usual Wynn/Encore. We have the following meals planned:

12/28 needs recs for lunch for when we arrive. DH was thinking a burger place.
Early dinner at Julian Serrano followed by Brtiney's show at PH.
What do you recommend at Julian Serrano?? We love grilled octopus, is it good there? Wouldn't mind grabbing a cocktail after the show? Would it be too late to head to the Mandarin Oriental for a drink? Or is is best to go there at sunset? Any great bars at Aria?

12/29 Breakfast/Brunch at Mon Ami Gabi. What do you all recommend there? Is this our best bet for a nice breakfast in the area?
Dinner at Scarpetta. I was considering Rose Rabbit Lie but they aren't open that nite. I did ask for a fountain view table at Scarpetta. What should we try there? Hoping to end the nite with drinks at the Chandelier Bar or Vesper. We have always loved hanging out at Parasol Up/Down at Wynn with several great cocktails and wonderful people watching hoping for the same at the bars at Cosmo.

12/30 early price fixe lunch around 11:30 at Milos. Definitely plan on upgrading to the octopus. Any other must have upgrades? Should we both plan on having the fish?

Dinner at LOS around 7:30. This will be our 3rd trip to LOS. The first trip was the best, dinner last year just wasn't quite as good. We ALWAYS get the garlic prawns.....so good! Have done drunken noodles with sea bass, kao soi with short rib, the spicy sausage/rice app and a few other dishes. Leaning towards the whole catfish this time. Any suggestions appreciated?

Oh and my diet tends to be more paleo/low carb so hoping I won't over do it on the bread and noodles while in Vegas! Thanks

Parasol Up,
Estiatorio Milos
