Anybody scared of where appliances are going these days?

mobiledynamics | Jun 25, 201806:36 PM     30

In the day and age of Bluetooth, touchscreen, etc. How long will said appliance last before a circuit mainboard goes bad. A touchscreen that goes unresponsive. etc, etc. Noticed the new line of Vitamixes that are on this end of the spectrum which spurred the post

My dishwasher even tells me when the cycle is done and how much water it used in my iPhone app ( I will admit it's kinda neat being a tech geek and liking the fact that it can update firmware). I was inadvertely told by a rep that there is something in the works on new fridges (yet to be announced or disclosed).

Eh, with the recent cue postings, IOT seems to be the bucking trend.
