Looking for Scandinavian cookbook recommendations

MmeFleiss | Feb 22, 201705:57 AM     6

We have an upcoming trip to Iceland and Norway in late spring, so I've really wanted to familiarize myself with classic dishes. Any suggestions? I own North: The New Nordic Cuisine of Iceland, but it's more cheffy. I own the spiral bound edition from Time Life Foods of the World. I've also put a library hold on Kitchen of Light from the host of New Scandinavian Cooking.

My husband hates pickled herring and smoked salmon, so I'm limited by that.
